Remove HealthMailbox objects based on DB existence

Currently the scripts identifies orphaned HealthMailboxes by an empty homeMDB property. This might not be efficient in all scenarios.
Solution:
Validate the homeMDB attribute w/ the list of exiting mailbox databases in the configuration partition.
