API: limit visibility of requests

As a volunteer, I don't want to see my tasks (requests) after the coordinator updated the status to "closed" so they don't clutter my tasks:

• show all accepted tasks that are not in closed state

As a volunteer, I don't want to see offered requests that have been closed so that they don't clutter my tasks:

• show all offered requests that are not in closed state
