[Feature]: Support Pairing New Devices over Bolt and Unifying Receiver

Problem / motivation

The Logitech Unifying and Options+ software supports interchangeably pairing other supported devices to the dongle, it would be great for this to support that as well.

Proposed solution

I would be great for support for the pairing process added to the GUI and CLI.
