The Catalyst Hatch is merely a part of the multiblock and does nothing; catalysts must be placed in an Input Bus.

Pipes should add +X parallel levels.
Actual behavior
The Chemical Plant processes only one recipe at a time, regardless of the configuration.
Expected behavior
Catalysts in each slot of the Catalyst Hatch should lose durability after a craft, depending on the number of parallel recipes.
Actual behavior
Catalysts are consumed entirely (disposable).
