and sign off (or request changes) on:

• Function signature and the six ops
• Knob inventory (§5) — confirm which knobs are chainspec-baked vs governance-writable
• fee_multiplier_max default per chain (Kaolin testnet, mainnet, dev)
• usd_per_glm oracle policy: cadence, ±20% per-update cap, multi-sig + timelock
• Cleanup-via-permissionless-DELETE design and the V1 bot's operational ownership
• Open question §10.1 — entity-size growth on SET_ATTRIBUTE feeding into later EXTEND_LIFETIME
• Open question §10.3 — V1 type-blind attribute pricing; agree the calibration approach

Output: spec PR with any changes; close ticket once spec is "accepted" status.
