Fundamentals: define L2/L3 #33

@marcos-golem

Description

@marcos-golem

The faucet page is the first thing every Builders Challenge entrant hits, and both the faucet and the architecture diagrams use "L2" and "L3" freely without ever defining either term — newcomers run into jargon before they reach the drip button.

Plain-language intro at the top of start-here/fundamentals/

Add two short paragraphs defining L2 and L3 before any other content in that section. The copy should explain that an L2 settles to Ethereum Mainnet and that Braga is an L3 — a chain that settles to the L2 rather than directly to Ethereum — and why both layers exist in [ ARKIV ]'s architecture. No assumed prior knowledge; the goal is that a developer who has only ever used Ethereum Mainnet can read this and immediately understand where Braga sits in the stack.
