As a brand new user of the RStudio of the lab server, I may not have the most packages installed/ready to use. Therefore it is easier for me to find packages that are needed for the analyze_integrated function.
These packages, as per date, are ggraph for the guide_edge_colourbar function and readr for the write_csv function. If neither of these packages are in use during the function, an error appear and the function is stopped about mid-way.
They should be implemented on the Import list.
