PlotToSat Version 2.0

[Art-n-MathS]

PlotToSat automates the generation of monthly aggregated time‑series signatures across distributed polygons.
This new version adds support for two primary input modes:

Circular field plots (provided via a CSV of coordinates and radii), and
Multiple regions with polygons stored in Shapefiles.

This release introduces Shapefile import support.
