Ensure we can release MetisWISE w.r.t. licensing

Currently the 'common' code of the WISE technology is closed, so it is not clear how to release MetisWISE.

AI's HB:

• HB: Identify licenses of libraries that are used by MetisWISE (in particular through commonwise).
• Give pointers from FOSDEM to Gijs about people to perhaps contact.

We decided that we can place the login information to the omegacen conda repository on a METIS internal service, like the METIS gitlab, or wiki.
