Hi, I noticed something when using schedutil governor.
The little and big cores seem to stay at maximum frequency almost all the time, even during light usage or idle, while the prime core still scales normally.
Is this intended behavior, or could there be an issue with schedutil tuning, uclamp, sched_boost, or top-app boosting keeping the little and big clusters pinned?
I expected the little and big cores to scale down more aggressively when load is low.
