Sync custom game tab labels across devices

When i open the webview (from a map_update thread) all my games are listed along the top of the window.
Depending on viewport size this is a dropdown or an array of buttons, but the names are all pbdXXXX.
The webview allows modifying this name to something more memorable, but this seems to be stored locally in the browser.
When i open the webview from a different pc/device, the names are back to pbdXXXX, even when logged in with discord (what does this do anyway?)

Would it be possible to sync the custom descriptions across devices based on discord login?
