Improve README Quick Start Section

Description:
The Quick Start section needs clarification for new developers.

Tasks:
- Add missing steps for cloning repo
- Ensure install commands work on Ubuntu & macOS
- Add small sample command to run demo
- Improve formatting (headings + spacing)
