For when you want to use an svg file as icon and manipulate fill and other properties.

basic implementation
use <use> 😄 in order to let browser create new instances internally and allow manipulation
manipulate SVG
manipulate specific paths (@kylerc I need Question: Add option for external CSS stylesheets #98 implemented for this. Can't really be done properly with inline styling)
