docs/architecture/scheduling.md commits to an EEVDF-style, capacity-aware scheduler but there's no ADR recording why over the alternatives. The decision exists implicitly; it should be written up like ADR-0001..0004, including rejected options (classic CFS heuristics, strict priority, etc.) and the big.LITTLE reasoning.
