🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any app, use for some minutes.
2. App randomly freezes, then works fine after few seconds.
3. During app freeze time, all other phone functions work, like quick settings, navigation gestures, volume, etc
4. Can happen multiple times in every few minutes.

Happens in almost every app, including settings personalization page.

Neither device is rooted nor any modifications done. Cleaned installed again few hours ago.
