[Feature]: Add additional way to authenticate to Github wiki repository

Problem Statement

Currently, the GitHub Action worfklow only supports using PAT tokens to authenticate to the Wiki repo. Suggest to add another way in case the GitHub organization has specific requirememnts to prevent the use of PAT.

Proposed Solution

Evaluate using either GitHub App or Deploy keys to authenticate to the wiki repo
