AttributeError on `az aks` after `az extension add --name aks-preview`

Describe the bug

following the instructions of this,
i did:

az extension add --name aks-preview
az feature register --namespace "Microsoft.ContainerService" --name "AzureMonitorMetricsControlPlanePreview"
az provider register --namespace "Microsoft.ContainerService"

but the error occurred on az aks after that
