how to use logstash-input-azureblob logstash-plugin new version 0.12.7

I installed the plugin and tried to update the plugin version.
But it did not chage the version of 0.9.6.

I need the new version 0.12.7 for some field like connectionstring which does not exist in the older version 0.9.6.

Anybody can help to install the new version mannally or update to the new version?
