DNS Server support #35
Description
Avere and NFS servers can benefit from a DNS server to redirect on-prem file shares to cloud replicas.
Typically the VNet would be configured (automatically) with the cloud DNS server so cloud nodes get the cloud IP of storage.
Suggested that we use CentOS and unbound DNS.
