A partner team opted for a meeting that the issues shows up as 9:00 AM PT; however, in my calendar I see that as 8:00 AM:
This is causing some confusion in the REST API review channel. It would be great if APIView took DST into account when creating issues and sending calendar invites. This runs the risk of people showing up at the wrong time. Perhaps including UTC in parenthesis as well.
