Terraform Visualize generated a graph.png with nothing in it

I've installed GraphViz and added to PATH.

When I run Terraform Visualize command in VS Code, it generated the graph.png file but there's no content. How is this supposed to work?

I have the same issue when my root tf file isn't in the root directory of the repository.
