Reports terraform is not installed when it is

I get a warning on startup that terraform is not installed when it is.

% which terraform
/opt/homebrew/bin/terraform

MacOS. Standard homebrew install of terraform.

Hi @clarkbreyman-yammer , were you using the extension to run commands locally or in remote shell. The extension was recently updated to remove support for cloud shell functionalities, and now defaults to your local env (integrated shell).

If you have terraform downloaded in your integrated shell and it is giving thisissue, are you able to run the commands like Azure Terraform: Init and see if there are any errors?
