📝 Description

Ensure granting an existing role fails gracefully.

🛠️ Implementation Guide

1. Grant Role X to User A.
2. Call grant Role X to User A again.
3. Assert RoleAlreadyGranted.

✅ Acceptance Criteria

• Code compiles and adheres to Soroban/Rust/TypeScript best practices.
• Unit tests cover both happy paths and expected error states.
• All CI/CD pipelines pass successfully.
