From 8adc0edba6ee0a360a9173af658cf33efea17435 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: lyubomir-bozhinov Date: Wed, 5 Aug 2026 13:26:18 +0300 Subject: [PATCH] docs: declare the plane and status above the fold MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Part of the portfolio map (Barnett-Studios/dotclaude#124). Nine repos with no map read as sprawl; nine repos each declaring an architectural position read as a system. 'Integrity plane · Active' is stated because the alternative signal is worse. A quiet repo reads as abandoned by default, and for a component whose scope is genuinely finished that is the wrong inference -- so the line says which it is rather than leaving a reader to guess from commit activity. --- README.md | 3 +++ 1 file changed, 3 insertions(+) diff --git a/README.md b/README.md index 35c4cf9..a625f65 100644 --- a/README.md +++ b/README.md @@ -5,6 +5,9 @@ [![Downloads](https://img.shields.io/crates/d/commitward)](https://crates.io/crates/commitward) [![License](https://img.shields.io/badge/license-MIT%20OR%20Apache--2.0-blue.svg)](#license) +**Integrity plane · Active** — under development; the surface still moves. +See the [component map](https://github.com/Barnett-Studios) for how this fits the rest. + **A deterministic, fail-open human-sign-off gate for high-stakes commits.** `commitward` matches a commit's diff against a checkpoint registry and blocks the commit
