I have been using this tool for several RNA-seq dataset and the results were incredibly helpful and insightful. Thank you for providing such a nice tool and comprehensive documentation.
Currently, we get a single PDF file with all cluster images. Would it be possible to add a feature (or default behavior) to export separate files (PDF/PNG) for individual cluster images with at least 300 DPI? Often we end up using only a certain clusters, and then cut/paste individual clusters from master PDF is tedious (especially when you use this tool routinely).
Also, the long names are not handled well in the PDF images. See example below (names are truncated for data privacy), where names are switched to right. I guess individual images will have enough space/margins to resolve this issue.
