ome-ngff v0.6 (https://ngff.openmicroscopy.org/specifications/dev/index.html#scene-md) implements a feature to allow images with different coordinate systems to be displayed in a common coordinate system. The vizarr viewer needs to be updated to enable displaying a 'scene' image.

A scene defines multiple images and each image defines the coordinate transformations necessary to translate from the images original coordinates to the 'shared' coordinate space.
