Add remote functionality

Add functionality to sync to a remote pack via URL.
This sync will be bi-directional, but writing will require a password to succeed, which is set by the maintainer. Reading can optionally also be restricted via a separate password.

I am deliberately choosing not to implement a hosted service, since I want to keep the choice as to where the users host their files with the user and not force an account onto them.
