Migrate custom syncing to PowerSync #57
Description
Since the custom syncing solution is not working at all and since PowerSync has changed pricing to a more generous model, this change only makes sense.
This will be branched off of #34 since it inherently depends on this, since the structure of user data will be modified in general to use less generated UUIDs and depend more on compound primary keys.
