Documentation of the amidiauto conf file

Hi, for most people's use of the amidiauto utility, they will never need this.

But for someone who does need to know, there is no clear documentation on what can be put into the amidiauto.conf file.

I gather from various posts that it is something like this:

[allow]
Blah <-> Blah

[disallow]
Blah <-> Blah

It would be neat if that documentation was made explicitly clear on the amidiauto documentation page.
