Uploading files does not update with any info

Current Behavior

when updating the server there is a loading circle but it does not show any info about how much progress of the file being uploaded

Expected Behavior

the circle and text of the file being uploaded shows the progress of said file being uploaded to the server

Steps to Reproduce

upload a file to a server (any)
click on the loading circle in the top left
