AttributeError: module 'gpflow' has no attribute 'defer_build'

I'm not sure why this error is coming. gpflow installation has no issues

gpflow version: 2.0.3
tensorflow version: 2.2.0

Please have a look at the README and more specifically into the Pipfile. There you'll find that you need specific versions of gpflow and tensorflow.

This is due to a breaking change in gpflow that switched to a tree like structure (kind of like the one already implemented here). Sadly, I didn't find the time to update it here yet.

With the versions specified in the Pipfile linked above it should work.
