Quiet mode is not quiet

Bug/Issue Description:
Quiet mode is not quiet anymore.

Required Information:

dvr-scan.exe -q -i some_video.mp4

Expected Behavior:
No output except for final cutting list.

Computing Environment:

• OS: Windows 11
• DVR Scan portable version 1.8.1

[Breakthrough]

Indeed it seems like something regressed here around the release of v1.7. If you can tolerate a progress bar on stderr, you can try using -v error instead of --quiet in the meantime.
