Installer configuration is now available!

You can now read and write zone and partition configuration from NeoHub. There is more section data that I would like to add but I think this is enough for now.

NOTE: Because this can make changes to your panel, please be careful! Also, be aware that though this has been tested locally, being a new feature its possible that bugs may exist. Use caution.

One thing that I think would be really useful is getting access to the user data. This doesn't appear to be something I can get via section address, so, I'm not sure how to do it. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

I finally got the user data reading working. It took a lot of tests, but it's up and running. It’s an early version and needs some polishing (e.g., attributes and labels are not read yet), but the results match the DLS app data. I’ll try to submit the PR after the Easter break. Happy Easter!
