Is UWPHook.exe Malware?

Emsisoft Anti-Malware reports the following:

(Quick Hash v2.5.1 (2011-2014) by Ted Smith reports an SHA-1 of 744C7560A1BE5636420908C3F4E7EC94EC029150. It is strange seeing two SHA-1 values for the same file.)

Downloaded UWPHook.exe again with the same results from both Quick Hash and Emsisoft Anti-Malware
I've submitted the file download link https://github.com/BrianLima/UWPHook/releases to fp@emsisoft.com
They have cleared files I've submitted before as 'false positives'.

Hopefully they will clear UWPHook.exe. If they do, I will report back on this discussion.

This was the newest 2.13.0 version. Since I don't own an XBox, and don't have a Game Pass, I doubt I'll need support for XPG games. Is there a link to older previous versions of UWPHook.exe?

Arief Prabowo, Malware Researcher at Emsisoft has reclassified the UWPHook.exe file. It is no longer blocked. It runs as expected. UWPHook successfully exported Microsoft MineCraft Launcher into Steam.
