bridges.setLabelFlag(boolean) doesnt seem to do anything. Setting it to true should turn on all labels

Checked with graph data structure.

The C++ client does the right thing (with its setElementLabel (bool))

Not sure if its a server issue or client issue.

I checked the JSON and label flag is indeed set to true.

Python also works fine.
