Readme file in Main branch not showing full content

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to main branch
2. Click on Branch icon to change it to main
3. Scroll down to bottom
4. See Readme file

Expected behavior
The Readme file should show full content write in the readme.md file
