Current State
Forms Pro currently supports child table fields only if the underlying child table DocType already exists in the database (created via Frappe Desk). There is no way to create or edit child table fields directly from the Forms Pro dashboard.
What's Needed
- Ability to create a new child table DocType directly from the Forms Pro field editor
- Ability to define and manage child table columns (fields) from the FP dashboard without needing Frappe Desk access
- The child table field in a form should reflect changes made through FP
Why It Matters
This is a blocker for users who don't have Desk access or want a self-contained form-building experience. Currently, they must context-switch to Frappe Desk just to set up the data model before they can use it in a form.
