Technically this will be platform's problem of governing data policy and signing agreement to not misuse data.
Then again I feel like if people are willing to fill a form for event organizer, they might trust "organizer" solely and anyway provide details.
We cannot middle man most of the time.
But still a way to mask some details for other volunteers would be helpful. So only trusted (core team) can have it seen
or maybe generally forms pro can have power to mask certain things... (more i think of this, sounds like not a feature to forms_pro, its more like who has access to these)
