Okay, firmware loaded, but what now?

So this is my screen, and firmware has loaded and I received the message to "reset". My USB is still connected and powering the 4.3B. What do I do now exactly?

Next step is to unplug the USB cable, and then provide power the normal way via the 9 volt DC input.

The USB port is multi function. It provides programming support, and can also provide power, but not normally at the same time as having a USB device connected.
So after programming, it needs to be powered off 9v as per the hardware instructions

Internal battery? The 4.3B doesn't have an internal battery

Ah OK you added one. What type did you use?
It might be worth checking with the 9v power, to make sure everything else is OK (programming etc.)
