Time parameter set delay time divisions when in sync mode

Just noticed that when sync is turned on for delays, the Time parameter now set for time divisions.
Can this be added to the webconfig too?

I feel silly asking, and the manual probably has the answer, but when sync is enabled, is it syncing to the BPM value? I guess 1/4 is one quarter of the BPM value then?

There even is the TONEX_PARAM_DELAY_DIGITAL_TS parameter in the code. Same with modulations, all have ..._TS params.

Thanks again Madejm and jamkid. I remember now seeing the TS params and not knowing why they existing along side of the Time params.

Testing the changes now. However there seems to be a bug in Tonex One firmware, that timesigns above 1/4 do not result in longer delay times. Anything below works correctly.

@Builty I'm not sure if midi_helper needs any additional changes for this one, since time and timesign share the same midi value.

I'm thinking the code needs to be like below. The Tonex pedal user manual is a bit unclear here. They don't actually list the allowed time sign values.
I'll try it out when I can. I haven't had much time lately as my son was in hospital.
