Time series fill in for gate operations #4
Description
Hydro is having problem filling in the time series data for gate operations if there is a decade with no data between the latest time series point (before the start date) and the start date. For instance, my start date is April 25, 2001, and the two time series that were resulting in error messages did not have data in the 1990s. As long as I have one data point in the 1990s the model runs. If I have a data point in December 31, 1989, 24:00, the model aborts, but if I have a data point in say January 01, 1990, 00:15 the model runs.
