Map page - topic has been assigned automatically to sequence but not applied to all questions

The TQ has been loaded.

It's confusing that the sequence has been mapped, as it's not possible to do it via the TQ. It's also confusing, as I would assume that if the sequence has a topic then all the top level questions would have been assigned that topic, but there are still gaps (as above). I would think behaviour should be that the sequence topic is not assigned when TQ is loaded.
