CA flagged that when clicking on question grids on the build page in ALSPAC Archivist (e.g. https://closer-archivist-alspac.herokuapp.com/instruments/sws_8_q/build/question_grids/), the page goes blank.
When she refreshes the page, the grid that she clicked on appears. When the grid appears, she is able to edit different parts of the grid without any issues.
This isn't happening on the response domain or code list pages.
I replicated the issue on sws_8_q and other instruments in ALSPAC and main Archivists. I wasn't able to replicate the issue in GenScot Archivist though, (e.g. https://closer-archivist-genscotland.herokuapp.com/instruments/gs_08_pcq5/build/question_grids/18).
