Currently GDAL <3.10 is pinned in https://github.com/CNES/georastertools/blob/main/setup.py#L38C13-L38C39. This is a bit blocking for having an up to date environment. The problem is encountered in https://github.com/CNES/datalabs-geodes-docker-images.
