It would be good to have a map of the latest OCI combined with Future/Ongoing Work where the latter is a single color, not separated by work type. Where both OCI and Future/Ongoing Work data exist for a street segment, the Future/Ongoing Work color should override the OCI color. This would give an approximation of the condition of the streets after all planned work is completed. See also Issue #15.
