[BUG] Docker volume permissions

Current behavior

When running docker run --rm -it -v $(pwd):/app cpsit/project-builder, I run into issues with Docker volumes having wrong (= root) permissions.

Expected behavior

The permissions in mounted Docker volumes should be okay.

Hi @cumuru, since you had these permission issues on your Ubuntu computer, would you be so kind and add some background information to this issue? This would be nice to further debug this issue, since I don't have an Ubuntu computer at hand.
