Update UI labels for drawing box and clearing filters

• Change Draw a rectangular to Draw a box for clarity. Also, update the tooltip Click and drag to draw rectangle to Click and drag to draw a box on the map. "Box" is more general and user-friendly than "rectangle" or "square". Please see the following supporting images.

• The "Clear All Filters" button tooltip should display "Reset filters"
