Update Clear All Filters icon for better visual clarity and revise the behavior

The "Clear All Filters" button currently removes both the map selection (drawn box) and the filters selected by the user in the Filter Map panel.

Suggested improvements:

• Update the tooltip for "Clear All Filters" to: "Reset Filters"
• Ensure that "Reset Filters" only applies to the Filter Map options, and does not clear the drawn box if it exists
• Update the icon to something more intuitive. For example, as shown below if possible.
