I'm trying to install CachyOS while connected via a security solution that "opens" TLS traffic through the use of a CA certificate.
Although I have a perfectly working internet connection, the installer prints the misleading message "An active network connection could not be detected", albeit the network connection being very active indeed ;) It even asks me to use WIFI, which would not improve the situation one bit, as it's the same network anyway.
[liveuser@CachyOS ~]$ sudo cachyos-installer
An active network connection could not be detected, waiting 15 seconds ...
An active network connection could not be detected, do you want to connect using wifi? [y/n]
The message (or the test?) probably should be closer to the truth and report "the installation repo servers could not be reached" or something.
Same is true for the GUI installer by the way, it complained about not having an internet connection at all, while the internet connection itself was perfectly fine.
