I was trying to recreate a bomb from a mission pack (1x wire sequence, 1x simon says, 1x password, 1x button sequence, 1x simon states, 1x extended password) so I used Mod Selector to make a profile that only had Button Sequence, Extended Password, and Simon States enabled. After that, I tried to set the bomb up with 1 hour of time, 6 modules, 3 strikes, all vanilla modules except for Password, Simon Says, and Wire Sequence vetoed, No Duplicates on, Needies off, Finite mode with one bomb, and setting the mod percentage to 50%. When the bomb generated, it gave me a bomb with about four password modules on it. I backed out of that bomb, thinking I had misunderstood how the percentage works, and set the split to 99% mods, 1% vanilla. However, the next bomb that generated gave me two of each modded module, which leads me to believe that there is something up with this option. Is this the case, or am I just misunderstanding how it works?
